A shaved ice with a mellow sweetness and slight bitterness, layered with Uji matcha sauce and brown sugar syrup.Matcha warabi mochi is hidden inside the ice and it is topped with black bean kinako ice cream, shiratama (rice flour dumplings), red beans, creme chantilly, and homemade white sesame tuile.Comes with matcha sauce.
